Can I change or cancel my order after paying?

Write to support@worldtoysplace.com as soon as possible. Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days, so if we catch it before the label is printed we can change the address, swap the pack size or cancel outright. After dispatch it becomes a return.

What does the charge look like on my statement?

The charge appears under our payment gateway rather than the store name, which is why it may look unfamiliar. If you do not recognise a charge, open a billing ticket and the gateway team can identify it for you.

What is the difference between the 1, 2 and 3 pack?

It is the same item in a different quantity, with a bigger discount the more you take. The 1 pack is a single unit, the 2 pack is the popular choice for one to keep and one to gift, and the 3 pack carries the deepest discount and suits siblings, playdates and birthday stock.

Yes. Free shipping is included on all three pack sizes and on every order, and it is always shown as the last line in the free section of the pack you choose.

Can I use a discount code on top of a bundle?

Bundle pricing is already discounted, so promotional codes generally cannot be stacked on top of it. If you hold a code and it is rejected at checkout, that is why — the bundle price is normally the lower of the two.

Why is a product marked out of stock?

A few items sell out faster than we can restock them, and rather than take money for something we cannot ship we mark them out of stock and move them to the end of the listing. Email support@worldtoysplace.com with the item name and we will tell you whether it is coming back.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Standard domestic delivery then takes about 5–7 business days, and international delivery about 10–14 business days. Holiday periods can add a few days on the carrier side.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier we email the tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders are welcome and shipping stays free, but customs clearance means delivery takes longer than domestic — plan for roughly 10–14 business days.

Will I have to pay customs or import duty?

Domestic orders never carry duty. On international orders any import duty or tax is set by your own country and collected by the carrier on delivery, so it is not something we can prepay or refund.

My tracking has not moved in several days. Is something wrong?

Carrier scans often go quiet mid-route, especially over weekends and holidays. If there is no movement for five business days, email support@worldtoysplace.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier and, where needed, reship.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes — enter the delivery address you want at checkout. If you are sending a gift straight to the recipient, tell us in your order notes and we will keep the pricing paperwork out of the parcel.

What is your return window?

You have 30 days from delivery. If the toy is not right for your child, we will arrange a return or a replacement — no interrogation and no restocking games.

How do I start a return?

Email support@worldtoysplace.com with your order number and a line about what went wrong, and we will send return instructions. Please wait for that confirmation before shipping anything back — parcels returned without an agreed return may not be processed.

What condition do returns need to be in?

Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible. Damaged or faulty items are treated differently — send us a photo and we will replace or refund without asking for the item back in perfect shape.

When will I see my refund?

Once your return arrives and passes inspection we notify you, then process the refund within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. Your bank can take a few extra days to display it.

My refund has not arrived. What should I check?

Check your bank account first, then your card issuer, since pending refunds are often held on their side. If it is still missing after 7 business days, contact support@worldtoysplace.com and we will send proof of the refund and escalate it with the gateway.

For a faulty or damaged item, yes — keep the extras. For a change-of-mind return of the whole order we ask that the unused free items come back with it, since they were part of that bundle.
